Visiting Medical Doctor
A medical doctor visits the estate on a weekly basis. Appointments must be made in advance. The consultation room is in the service centre.
Clinic service
There is a free weekly clinic service supplied by the estate sister. Although the service is free, you will be required to pay for any medical stock used. The clinic is in the doctor’s consultation room in the service centre. The service includes basic health services like blood pressure, glucose testing, the taking of blood samples, injections, etc. The clinic hours are available on the notice board at Reception.
Estate Sister
The role of the estate sister is to provide:

Estate Sister
The role of the estate sister is to provide:
- emergency medical assistance
- ongoing feedback to the senior medical staff on the status or well-being of the estate residents
- post-hospital and post-operative assistance
- maintenance care involving blood pressure & blood sugar tests, minor wound care, arranging blood pathology, care programs, patient and family support, etc.

Salon
Come in, take a seat and allow our friendly team to spoil you the way you deserve to be spoiled. After being spoiled and enjoying warm conversation you will leave our salon feeling happy and beautiful.
The hair/beauty salon is located within the service centre.

Dining
Estate Dining Room
The estate dining room is the heartbeat of the estate, which supply wholesome and balanced meals on a daily basis. We encourage residents and owners to eat in the dining room and to avoid or limit takeaway meals. This is encouraged not only for the social benefit, but re‐heated food will not have the same texture and taste as a freshly dished up meal. Menus are available from the kitchen in advance to enable residents to decide which meals they would like to enjoy. Meals must be booked 24 hours in advance.

Communal Garden Areas
Come and relax at one of the park areas. There are jungle gyms erected in the parks for the grandchildren to play and the grandparents can sit and relax while keeping an eye on the young ones.

We opened our clubhouse doors in August 2018 for all residents of the estate. Join them for a game of bridge, darts or pool. All residents are welcome to book the clubhouse for private functions. Please contact Reception for details. We also have a recreational hall, where various recreational activities and physical exercises are practiced, including church services on a Sunday.

Enjoy a leisurely braai with family or friends at our communal braai area.

Amenities
Tuck Shop
The tuck shop is located within the service centre and sells items such as cold drinks, mineral water, sweets, chocolates, chips, magazines, newspapers, bread, milk and basic toiletries. Please contact the operator for the operating hours.
Laundry Facility
A laundry is available to Estate residents. The service includes washing, drying and ironing on a per kilogram basis. Tariffs and operating hours can be obtained from the laundry operator at the service centre.
